A stunningly Rock’n’Roll Alternative Tattoo Skater Brighton Wedding
Jon & Georgia got hitched in style!
When Georgia and Jon got engaged it wasn’t in the traditional way most people would. With romantic meals and candles. No, Jon proposed to Georgia with an ouija board in Brighton. That’s why their totally alternative tattoo skater Brighton wedding this year was the perfect day for two rock’n’roll skaters!
The pair got married at Brighton Town Hall before leading their guests down to Brighton Beach seafront. They created a skating parade with friends and family to Tempest Inn on the beach. With quirky caves and dark nooks and crannies, its a perfect casual wedding reception venue for a relaxed couple like Georgia and Jon. They opted for quirky marshmallow cakes by Choccywoocydoodah and ouija themed signs around the venue, pulling their awesome ouija and skateboard theme together.
Georgia looked every bit the glitter rock princess with glitter make-up and bejewelled headpiece by Judy & Madeline from New York. Georgia’s bouquet and Jon’s button hole were by Helen Whitten @ Gilliflower. No rock and roll bride is complete without white leather Converse and custom made white leather jacket .Georgia’s brides mates wore ASOS dresses and hella cool leather jackets to complete the squad. The Bride decided to wear the ever so stunning skirt by Chantal Lauren from Rock the Frock Bridal in Essex while Jon opted for a beautifully tailored suit by The Groom’s Room . Jon finished her baller look with a bowler hat by Village Hats.
The pair had matching wedding rings by my favourite Bloody Mary Metal.
Cocktails, skateboards, BBQ food and pub quizzes were the afternoon activities and guests were having a great time in the sun. Between cocktails, the guests were treated a specially made pub quiz which even my second shooter and I joined in on. Shout out to some of the guests who happily helped us cheat!!
There were some wonderful speeches, including usher Will’s incredible and energetic poetry reading. After dinner we managed to sneak off with Georgia & Jon’s wedding squad to cause mayhem on the Brighton front carousel and let loose with some confetti cannons under Brighton Pier. What a wonderful way to celebrate such an awesome alternative Brighton wedding!
WHAT A BLAST! Congratulations Georgia & Jon and thank you for having us along for the day!
